Teen Health

You’re busy, we get it! Getting healthcare can be time consuming. CHA makes it easy for students to get healthcare right at school.

There’s no need to travel, leave school or miss work to get to an appointment. Stop by any of our four Teen Health Centers or call to find a time that meets your schedule.

We see all students, whether they are regular CHA patients or not.

Just the right age and easy appointments

CHA Teen Health Centers see people 12 to 24 years old.

Appointments are available during school and after the school day, making it easy to get health care on your schedule.

  • If a student is uninsured, our Teen Health Centers will provide primary care at no charge.
  • If a student is a patient in another system, CHA Teen Health Center providers can still provide them primary care.

In other words, you don’t have to worry about insurance coverage. Our Teen Health Centers will provide the primary care needed.
