Group Programs for CHA Primary Care patients

Support, Community, & Knowledge for all your health needs

About Group Visits

CHA now offers group visits in person and by video. These groups are a great way to improve your health along with others who have similar health concerns.

When you join a CHA group, you get health care and education in a supportive setting. Research shows these visits can help you understand your health and take steps to feeling better.

Note: We are always accepting referrals for new group members. If our current groups are full, you may be placed on a waiting list. Currently all Primary Care groups are held virtually (online) unless otherwise noted.

Current Groups

  • Group Prenatal Education & Care w/ CHA

    Prenatal Care at CHA

Offered via Telehealth using Google Meet

This group aims to inform you about your prenatal care with CHA. We hold space for any questions, offer guidance around your pregnancy, care, and delivery.  After speaking with our nursing team you will be sent a Mychart message with a meeting link to join us at a later date.

We recommend that you come to the visit because you will:

    1. Get the opportunity to connect with other pregnant people in a safe setting and learn from and support one another.
    2. Have more time to talk about the culture, FAQs, and preparing for childbirth at CHA
    3. Speak one-on-one with a doctor during the appointment to talk about your personal concerns and pregnancy.
