Outpatient Trauma Services

When violence happens to you, or in your community, it is often traumatizing. CHA recognizes the value of community-based action to prevent violence and the importance of empowering care.

Our treatment programs can help you mobilize resiliency, promote renewed hope and restore your self-esteem by reducing your isolation and strengthening your connections to your community. Treatment focuses first on personal safety, then on dealing with the effects of violence which often leads to empowered relationships with others.

CHA recognizes the internationally renowned work of the Victims of Violence program, which closed on August 31, 2022. Many people were supported by the caring team and will carry them forward in their continued healing. Please use the services listed on this page for accessing support services.
